What you get

How it works from abroad

Choose a plan and pay online.
Confirm the mail power of attorney in the portal. It allows us to accept and, if you ask for it, open your mail.
Verify your identity with your smartphone: take photos of your passport or ID card and a selfie.
We review your documents and activate your address, usually within 2 to 3 working days.

We are required to verify the identity of customers who use a business or mailing address. The details of what happens to your documents are in our privacy policy, which is published in German.

Prices are shown net. German VAT of 19 % is added and shown separately on every invoice. Pay quarterly and save 10 %, or yearly and save 20 %.

If you are in the area

The address is in the Rhine-Neckar region, about 15 minutes from Heidelberg and 20 minutes from Mannheim by car, and around 70 km from Frankfurt Airport. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. You can collect your mail yourself or book a coworking day for 25 € net.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use this address if I live abroad?

Yes, as a mailing address. It is not a residence address and does not replace your registration or tax residence.

Do I need to come to Germany to verify my identity?

No. The check runs online: you take photos of your ID and a selfie with your smartphone.

Which languages do you support?

German and English. You can write to us in either language.

Can you forward my mail and parcels abroad?

Yes, to an address you set in the portal. Postage depends on the destination country. For unusual destinations, please ask us before you book.

How do I cancel?

In the customer portal, effective at the end of your billing period. There is no minimum term.
